Entity Solutions has some exciting changes happening and we are now pleased to be able to share them with you. As part of our plans for global expansion, it is vital that we have our leaders positioned in the right roles to take the company through the next phase of growth. In our quest to further cement our place as a leading global workforce solutions provider, co-founder Matthew Franceschini, Chief Executive Officer for the past 17 years, has moved into the position of Group Managing Director for the Entity Solutions Group of Companies.
As Group Managing Director, Matthew will focus on furthering Entity Solutions’ group strategic growth both locally and internationally. With a focus on acquisitions and the international development of the business, Matthew will turn his attention to the Asia region to continue building our brand and bring to light new ideas supporting the advancement of the New World of Work movement. “I’m excited to be able to lead the Entity Solutions Group into our next phase with the comfort of knowing that Neil Merola will maintain our exceptional service standards and customer focused ethic.”
New CEO, Neil Merola, to take the reins
Stepping into Matthew’s shoes is our Chief Commercial Officer, Neil Merola. Being in the business with Entity Solutions for four years, and the industry for many more, he has worked hard to progress the business in his time as CCO. He was an obvious choice to take Matthew’s place, having worked closely together for some time. With strong leadership abilities, an innate understanding of the business, the market, as well as his unwavering focus on delivering the best possible outcome for every customer, Neil is well prepared to take on this challenge. Neil says of his new role, “I am delighted and proud to serve our customers, IPros and our staff in this capacity, and my unwavering focus just went up a notch!”
New partnership with SAP Learning to increase Entity offering
Neil’s plans for Entity Solutions’ future have generated a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the year ahead. In particular, one of his newest projects has been the introduction of the SAP Learning Hub, a major inclusion to our current range of IPro Services. The SAP Learning Hub is an online resource that allows SAP users to stay up to date with the latest developments in their programs. Entity Solutions is always looking for innovative ways to support contractors, making it easier to fulfil the extra obligations expected of them. We understand that professional development is high on the list of a contractor’s priorities and we are dedicated to ensuring we provide additional support services that set us apart from other organisations. The SAP Learning Hub will be a highly regarded addition to our offering.
Technology Solutions in the pipeline
In an industry that increasingly demands more sophisticated programs in which to manage data, it is essential to be at the forefront of the charge towards the digital age. With our workforce management platforms and digitised processes, we accelerate efficiency and enhance customer experience. This establishes Entity Solutions as a technological service provider which will take the company to the next level. We are now able to offer customers bespoke technology services, where we design and implement programs to suit specific needs, including automated procure to pay workforce management platforms and integration services. Our Chief Technology Officer, Kamran Channa says, “Our position in the market place is vendor agnostic and we work across all horizontals. Our purpose built tech platform harnesses the power of Enterprise Application Integration and enables us to deliver our customers a seamless procure to pay experience.” These developments will be a key contributing factor to our growth, as we continually broaden our capability to service the contingent workforce management industry.
A great new customer acquisition
We are thrilled to confirm the acquisition of a significant new customer, Telstra, having secured the agreement to manage Telstra’s referred contractors. Telstra has welcomed Entity Solutions into the fold as a strategic partner. As an organisation focused on attracting and retaining the best talent, it was clear that with our extended range of services, Entity Solutions was well placed to provide the holistic contractor management solution required. We look forward to working with Telstra in the coming months and delivering the excellent contractor management services for which we are known.
Our international expansion continues
We began our Asia Region business journey in Singapore with no office, no staff, no customers and minimal business relationships. As a new entrant to the region, there was no brand awareness of Entity Solutions; but there was a well-known understanding of our key competitors who had been in the marketplace for many years. In the past eighteen months, we have successfully secured a considerable portfolio of customers. Our Singapore office has moved to the central business district of Raffles Square and our new Malaysia and Hong Kong offices are established and supported by a wonderful team dedicated to supporting our customers.
Testament to our achievement, we have also been shortlisted for the HR Vendor of the Year Awards, Best Payroll Outsourcing Partner. We are delighted to have been nominated and very proud to have been able to achieve this recognition in such a short amount of time doing business in the region.
Looking to the year ahead…
2017 is fast approaching and Entity Solutions is anticipating a period of progression with many amazing opportunities ahead. With a new CEO focused on driving business growth and success through effective planning, expanding on our IPro Service and Technological Solutions offerings, new developments in the international space and promising new partnerships, the coming year is sure to be anything but dull for Entity Solutions. We look forward to continuing to serve our valued customers and finding ways to contribute to this important industry.
